China Southern Flight Diverts to Hefei due to Hail Strike

China Southern flight CZ-3510 made an emergency landing in Hefei, China. On August 2nd. The plane heading from Jinan to Guangzhou, China, was diverted after a hail strike cracked both windshields. Air China flight CA1802 made an emergency landing at Hefei Xinqiao International Airport in Hefei, China, on March 24. The Boeing 737-800 departed from Xiamen Gaoqi International Airport and was heading to Beijing when smoke was detected in its cockpit.
