RwandAir Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Cape Town

RwandAir flight WB-110 made an emergency landing in Cape Town, South Africa, on September 2nd.

The Boeing 737-700 plane was flying from Harare, Zimbabwe, when it suffered loss of cabin pressure.

The crew initiated an emergency descent and continued for a safe landing in Cape Town.

Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

Kenya Airways Plane Returns to Harare After Bird Strike

Kenya Airways flight KQ-704 had to return and make an emergency landing in Harare, Zimbabwe, on May 7th.

The plane heading to Lusaka, Zambia, had to turn back after it suffered a bird strike during departure.

The plane landed back safely. All ninety-six passengers remained safe.

SA Airlink Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Johannesburg

SA Airlink flight SA-8103 made an emergency landing in Johannesburg, South Africa, on November 8th.

The plane flying from Harare, Zimbabwe, was descending toward Johannesburg when one of the engines suffered an uncontained failure.

The plane continued for a safe landing. All thirty-four passengers and four crew members remained unharmed.

Air Zimbabwe Plane Makes Emergency Landing due to Loss of Cabin Pressure

Air Zimbabwe flight UM-467 had to divert for an emergency landing in Bulawayo, Zimbabwe, on July 10th.

The Boeing 737-200 plane heading from Harare, Zimbabwe, to Johannesburg, South Africa, was diverted due to loss of cabin pressure.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Air Zimbabwe Plane made Safe Landing in South Africa after Overflowing Lavatory

airzimAir Zimbabwe flight UM-467 made a safe landing at O. R. Tambo International Airport, Johannesburg, South Africa, on December 6.

The Boeing 767-200 was flying from Harare, Zimbabwe, when water started overflowing from one of its lavatories and entered into its cabin.

The plane landed safely.

No one was injured.
