American Airlines Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Florida After Low Cabin Pressure

American Airlines flight AA-1157 made an emergency landing at Miami International Airport, Florida, on December 28th.

The Boeing 767-300 flying from Cancun, Mexico, was mid-air when its right-hand pack failed due to an over-temperature. Later, the passengers also felt low cabin pressure and their oxygen masks were deployed.

The plane landed safely.

No one was injured.

Skywest Plane Diverts to Pennsylvania due to Thrust Reversers Indication

Skywest flight OO-4906/DL-4906 had to divert and make an emergency landing at Erie International Airport, Erie County, Pennsylvania, on September 21st.

The Canadair CRJ-200 flying on behalf of Delta Airlines was mid-air when the crew reported indication of thrust reversers deployment, causing the diversion.

The plane landed safely.

All 34 passengers and 3 crew members remained safe.

Kenya Airways Flight Returns to Nairobi due to Loss of Cabin Pressure

Kenya Airways flight KQ-112 had to return and make an emergency landing in Nairobi, Kenya, on December 28th.

The Boeing 787-800 plane took off for Charles de Gaulle Airport, France, but had to return shortly afterwards due to loss of cabin pressure.

The passenger oxygen masks were deployed as the plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Copa Airlines Flight Rejects Take Off from Santa Clara, Cuba

Copa Airlines flight CM-238 had to reject take off from Santa Clara, Cuba, on December 11th.

The plane was accelerating to take off for Panama City, Panama, when its left.

engine emitted a loud bang and smoke was noticed in the cabin.

The crew subsequently rejected take off and deployed slides for an emergency evacuation.

All 88 passengers and 5 crew members remained unharmed.

Small Plane Lands Nose Down in Oklahoma City

A small plane made an emergency landing at Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, on October 19th.

Authorities said the pilot of King Air B200 plane declared an emergency after the nose landing gear failed to deploy.

The plane landed nose down and sustained significant damage.

The pilot, who was the only one aboard, remained unharmed.

Singapore Airlines Flight Returns to Singapore after Oxygen Masks Drop

Singapore airlinesSingapore Airlines flight SQ-406 had to make an emergency landing in Singapore, on September 29th.

The Airbus A380-800 plane took off for New Delhi, India, but had to turn back after the passenger oxygen masks deployed.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained safe.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

Ameriflight Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Sint Maarten

The plane flying from San Juan, Puerto Rico, declared an emergency after the nose gear failed to deploy.

The plane landed safely with the nose gear up.

No injuries were reported.

SkyWest Airlines Plane Returns to Michigan to ADG deployment

SkyWestSkyWest Airlines flight had to return and make an emergency landing at Detroit Metropolitan Wayne County Airport, Detroit, Michigan, on June 4th.

The Canadair CRJ-200, en-route to Ithaca, New York, had to return shortly after the crew reported that its ADG (Air Driven Generator) had deployed.

The plane landed uneventfully. All people onboard remained safe.

The passengers were accommodated in a replacement plane.
