American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Tucson

American Airlines flight AA-2047 had to return and make an emergency landing in Tucson, Arizona, on June 24th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, but had to turn back after the crew reported hearing a loud bang.

The plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

According to the FAA, the aircraft suffered a bird strike.

American Airlines flight AA-1060 made an emergency landing at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, on November 8th.

The Boeing 737-800 plane was flying from Tulsa, Oklahoma, when the crew noticed an odor in the cockpit.

American Airlines flight AA-1129 had to return and make an emergency landing in Indianapolis, Indiana, on April 26th.

The plane took off for Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, but had to return shortly afterwards after the crew received an aft compartment overheat indication.

The plane landed back safely. All 124 people aboard remained unharmed.

Envoy Air Plane Diverts to Kansas City

Envoy AirEnvoy Air flight MQ-3526 had to divert for an emergency landing in Kansas City, Missouri, on November 29th.

The Embraer ERJ-145 plane was heading from Sioux City, Iowa, to Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, Texas, when the crew reported that the flaps could not be fully retracted.

The plane was diverted to Kansas City where it landed safely.

All 45 people aboard remained unharmed.

Bird-Hit AA Plane Makes Safe Landing in New Orleans

The plane was flying from Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport when a bird hit it, prompting the pilots to declare an emergency.

The plane landed uneventfully.

There were 76 passengers and 4 crew members aboard at the time; all of them remained unhurt.
