Air China flight CA-4414 had to return and make an emergency landing in Kunming, China, on February 26th.
The plane took off for Chengdu, China, but had to return shortly afterwards after the crew reported unusual noises coming from a cargo hold.
The plane landed uneventfully. Everyone aboard remained safe.
The cargo hold was thoroughly inspected but no indication of any movement or noise was found.
The plane was cleared to depart again.
United Express flight 4020 operated by Mesa Airlines made an emergency landing at McAllen Miller International Airport in Hidalgo County, Texas, on January 28.
The airline said that the ATC declared a ‘precautionary emergency’ after a brake light indicator came on.
The Embraer 175 plane landed uneventfully. There were 41 people aboard the plane; all of them remained unhurt.
The maintenance personnel inspected the plane and cleared it to continue the flight to Houston.
Avianca airlines flight AV-929 returned and made an emergency landing in San Salvador, El Salvador, on November 19.
The Airbus A330-200 plane, heading to Lima, Peru, was diverted after the crew noticed a hydraulic problem.
The plane landed uneventfully and everyone aboard remains safe.
Authorities said the aircraft was cleared to take off again after maintenance.
