Blue Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing After Bird Strike

Blue Air flight 0B-4541 had to return and make an emergency landing in Alghero, Italy, on August 12th.

The Boeing 737-400 plane took off for Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport, Italy, but had to turn back due to a bird strike.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

TUIFly Nordic Plane Returns to Italy due to Bird Ingestion

TUIflyTUIFly Nordic flight 6B-554 had to return and make an emergency landing at Alghero-Fertilia Airport, Italy, on August 17.

The Boeing 737-800 en-route to Oslo, Norway, had to return after it ingested a number of birds into one of its engines.

The plane landed safely.

All 176 people aboard remained unhurt.
