Wizz Air flight W6-3352 had to reject takeoff from Brussels South Charleroi Airport, Belgium, on December 10th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane was accelerating to takeoff for Cluj International Airport, Romania, when the crew rejected takeoff due to disagreeing airspeeds.

The plane safely returned to the apron. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

Ural Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Saint Petersburg

Ural Airlines flight U6-365 had to return and make an emergency landing in Saint Petersburg, Russia, on December 7th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Yekaterinburg, Russia, but had to turn back after the crew noticed disagreeing airspeeds.

The plane landed back safely. All one hundred and twenty-three passengers and six crew members remained unharmed.

American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Miami

American Airlines flight AA-1391 had to return and make an emergency landing in Miami, Florida, on September 4th.

The Boeing 757-200 plane took off for Saint Thomas, US Virgin Islands, but had to turn back after the crew noticed a “potential airspeed malfunction”.

The plane landed back safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Southwest Airlines Plane Returns to Nevada due to Unreliable Airspeed and Altitude

Southwest Airlines flight WN-3641 had to return and make a safe emergency landing at McCarran International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada, on July 7th.

The Boeing 737-700 flying to Cleveland, Ohio, had to return due to an unreliable airspeed and the altitude.

The plane landed safely.

No one was injured.

United Airlines Plane Rejects Take-off in California due to Airspeed Issues

United Airlines flight UA-1858 had to reject take-off at San Francisco International Airport, San Francisco, California, on May 11th.

The Boeing 777-200 en-route to Denver, Colorado, had to reject taking-off after the first officer’s airspeed disagreed with the other airspeed indicators.

The plane returned to the apron safely.

No injuries were reported.

Pilot Unharmed as Small Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Saskatchewan

A small plane had to make an emergency landing in a field off Highway 12 near Martensville in Saskatchewan, Canada, on November 6.

The Cessna plane had just taken off from an airfield when the pilot Daniel Cotton decided to land after noticing engine cut out. “I was completely running out of room. I didn’t have enough altitude or airspeed to turn around and come back,” he said.

The plane landed safely. The pilot remained unharmed.
