Delta Airlines Plane Makes Emergency Landing after Engine Failure

250px-Delta_logo.svgDelta Airlines flight DL-2668 made an emergency landing at John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, on November 10th.

The Boeing 717-200 plane heading from LaGuardia Airport, New York, to Boston, Massachusetts, was diverted after the crew reported an engine failure.

The plane landed uneventfully. All 97 people aboard remained safe.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

Air Algerie Plane Returns to Algeria due to Fuel Filter Contamination

Air AlgerieAir Algerie flight AH-1020 had to return and make a precautionary landing at Algiers International Airport, Algiers, Algeria, on August 6th.

The Boeing 737-600 en-route to Marseille, France, had to return shortly after the crew detected a contaminated fuel filter, reporting they had to shut down its engine.

The plane landed safely.

All 97 people onboard remained unharmed.

Delta Airlines Plane Returns to Narita International Airport

250px-Delta_logo.svgA Delta airlines flight had to make an emergency landing at Narita International Airport, Japan, on January 23.

The Boeing 757-200 was en-route to Saipan when the crew decided to return due to smoke in the cabin.

The plane landed uneventfully. All 97 passengers and crew members remained unharmed.
