American Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Bogota

American Airlines flight AA-984 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Bogota, Colombia, on October 4th. The Boeing 767-300 plane heading from Montevideo, Uruguay, to Miami, Florida, was diverted due to electrical issues. The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed. An Aerosucre flight had to reject takeoff from Bogota, Colombia, on August 23rd. The Boeing 737-200 plane was accelerating to takeoff for Puerto Carreno, Colombia, when the crew noticed a blown nose tire and rejected takeoff. The plane became disabled on the runway. A military plane crashed in the municipality of Facatativa in Colombia, on May 1st. The plane was flying from Guaymaral airbase, Bogota, to Tolemaida airbase, Melgar, when it went down.
