Condor Flight Makes Emergency Landing After Bird Strike

Condor flight DE-1707 had to return and make an emergency landing in Burgas, Bulgaria, on June 30th. The Airbus A321-200 plane took off for Leipzig, Germany, but had to return shortly afterwards due to a bird strike. The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed. The plane flying from Beirut, Lebanon, to Geneva, Switzerland, was diverted after a passenger suffered heart attack. The plane landed safely. The patient was rushed to hospital. According to a statement issued by Burgas Airport, the flight, en-route from Düsseldorf, Germany, to Samsun, Turkey, made an emergency stop after an 86-year-old Turkish woman died onboard.
