SriLankan Airlines flight UL-168 had to return and make an emergency landing at Cochin International Airport, Kochi, Kerala, India, on May 18th. SriLankan Airlines flight UL-891 had to return and make an emergency landing in Bangkok, Thailand, on April 7th. SriLankan Airlines flight UL-125 had to stop at runway 25 of Chennai International Airport, India, on September 10. The Airbus A330-200, en-route from Colombo, Sri Lanka, to Chennai, had to be stopped before reaching the apron due to over-heated hydraulic system. The plane landed uneventfully.
