Porter Airlines Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Halifax

porterPorter Airlines flight 265 had to make an emergency landing at Halifax Stanfield International Airport in Nova Scotia, Canada, on December 11.

The plane was flying from Ottawa when the pilot reported a hydraulic issue and requested an emergency landing.

The plane landed uneventfully. There were 54 passengers and crew members aboard at the time; all of them remained unhurt.

No Injuries Reported as Pobeda Airlines Jet Veers Off after Landing in Kirov, Russia

Porter Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Pennsylvania

Porter AirlinesPorter Airlines flight 723 had to make an emergency landing at Williamsport Regional Airport, Pennsylvania, at around 8:45 a.m. on December 28.

The flight, en-route from Toronto to Washington, D.C, was diverted after the crew reported smoke in the cockpit.

The Dash 8-400 twin-engine turbo-prop aircraft landed safely. None of the 66 passengers and 4 crew members was harmed.

The airline arranged an alternate aircraft for the passengers.
