GoJet Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing After Hydraulic Failure

GoJet Airlines flight DL-6219 made an emergency landing in Bangor, Maine, on July 18th.

The plane heading from Portland, Maine, to Detroit, Michigan, was diverted due to a hydraulic failure.

The plane landed safely. All seventy-two people aboard remained unharmed.

GoJet Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Boston

GoJet Airlines flight DL-6266 had to return and make an emergency landing in Boston, Massachusetts, on February 10th.

The Canadair CRJ-900 plane took off for Raleigh–Durham International Airport, North Carolina, but had to return shortly afterwards due to smell of smoke in the cockpit.

The plane landed back safely. All 76 passengers and 4 crew members remained unharmed.

GoJet Airlines Plane Makes Emergency Landing in Missouri

GoJet Airlines flight G7-6202 had to return and make an emergency landing in Saint Louis, Missouri, on January 24th.

The plane took off for Minneapolis, Minnesota, but had to turn back after a windshield cracked due to a bird strike.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

New York-Bound GoJet Plane Rejects Take-Off due to Blown Tire

GoJetGoJet flight DL-6285 rejected take off from Greensboro, North Carolina, on October 20th.

The Canadair CRJ-700 plane was accelerating to take off for LaGuardia Airport, New York, when a tire burst, prompting the crew to reject take off.

The plane safely returned to the apron. All 73 people aboard remained unharmed.

GoJet Plane Blows Tire on Landing in Austin

GoJetGoJet flight UA-4540 blew a tire while landing in Austin, Texas, on October 12th.

The plane was coming from Denver, Colorado, when one of the main tires burst during landing.

Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

The incident resulted in minor damage to engine and flaps.

GoJet Airlines Plane Diverts to Richmond due to Engine Issue

GoJetGoJet Airlines flight DL-6185 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Richmond, Virginia, on July 22nd.

The plane heading from Raleigh–Durham International Airport, North Carolina to LaGuardia Airport, New York, was diverted due to a fault in the right hand engine.

The plane landed uneventfully. There were 60 passengers and 4 crew members aboard at the time; all of them remained safe.

The airline arranged a replacement plane for the passengers.

United Express Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Peoria

United ExpressGoJet Airlines flight 3642, operating as United Express, made an emergency landing in Peoria, Illinois, just before noon on August 22, after the cabin lost air pressure.

According to Gene Olson, the Director of General Wayne A. Downing Peoria International Airport,  “I don’t know exactly what the issue was, but there was a cabin depressurization so they made a precautionary landing here in Peoria.”

The CRJ-700, which was on its way from St. Louis to Chicago O’Hare, landed safely. No injuries were reported.

GoJet said in a statement that the flight was diverted due to indication of smoke in the cockpit. They further said, “We will use a replacement aircraft to accommodate passengers, and aircraft technicians will examine the aircraft to determine the cause of the indication.”

GoJet Plane’s Windshield Cracks, Makes Emergency Landing at LaGuardia Airport

The Pilot of the Delta Connections carrier GoJet coming from St. Louis saw a crack in the windshield and made emergency landing at LaGuardia Airport, NY, on March 22.

The plane did not have any passengers on board.

Delta spokesperson said the windshield had a very thin crack and the plane remained fully pressurized.  The pilot declared emergency as an extraordinary precautionary measure.

The plane has been grounded for repair and maintenance.
