Avia Traffic Company Plane Blows Tires During Landing in Kyrgyzstan

Avia Traffic Company flight YK-748 burst both left main tires on landing in Osh, Kyrgyzstan, on September 30th.

The incident happened when the Boeing 737-300 plane was coming from Moscow Domodedovo Airport, Russia.

The plane became disabled on the runway.

No injuries were reported.

Avia Traffic Company Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Bishkek

Avia Traffic Company flight YK-4283 had to return and make an emergency landing in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan, on August 5th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Antalya, Turkey, but had to turn back due to an engine issue.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Who: 2 aboard, 2 injured
Why: A Diamond DA40D Diamond Star TDI (PH-TDE) and a General Avia F-22BV Pinguino (D-EDMJ) crashed following a mid-air collision. The accident happened during an air-to-air photo flight
Those aboard the Pinguino flight were airlifted by medical evacuation Lifeliner 1 and Lifeliner 4.

The two aboard the Diamond Star did not survive.

Rescue efforts were hampered by the wet ground which trapped afire truck that responded to the scene.
