Aegean Airlines Flight Diverts to Ben Gurion Airport

Aegean airlinesAn Aegean Airlines plane made an emergency landing at Ben Gurion airport in Tel Aviv, Israel, on the night of June 21.

The plane, en-route from Athens, Greece to Amman, Jordan, declared emergency after the crew reported smoke coming out of cargo hold.

The plane landed uneventfully. All 60 passengers remained safe.
