TUI fly Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Stuttgart

TUI fly flight X3-2132 made an emergency landing in Stuttgart, Germany, on August 7th.

The Boeing 737-800 plane heading from EuroAirport Basel Mulhouse Freiburg, France, to Palma de Mallorca Airport, Spain, was diverted due to a hydraulic failure.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Andes Lineas Aereas Flight Suffers Bird Strike Near Cataratas del Iguazu International Airport

Andes Lineas Aereas flight OY-570 suffered a bird strike near Cataratas del Iguazu International Airport, Argentina, on August 7th.

The incident happened when the Boeing 737-800 plane flying from Buenos Aires, Argentina, was on final approach to Cataratas del Iguazu International Airport.

The plane continued for a safe landing.

Alitalia Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Japan

Alitalia flight AZ-784 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Sapporo, Japan, on August 7th.

The Boeing 777-200 plane heading from Leonardo da Vinci–Fiumicino Airport, Italy, to Narita International Airport, Japan, was diverted after the crew needed to shut down one of the engines.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

United Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing at JFK Airport

United Airlines flight UA-4697 made an emergency landing at John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, on August 7th.

The plane heading from Washington Dulles International Airport, Virginia, to Providence, Rhode Island, was diverted due to smoke in the cabin.

The plane landed safely. There were fifty-three people aboard at the time; three of them were examined by emergency teams at the airport.
