AirBridgeCargo Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Flaps Problem

AirBridgeCargo Airlines flight RU-523 made an emergency landing in Liege, Belgium, on January 12th.

The Boeing 747-400 freighter plane flying from Moscow, Russia, was on final approach to Liege when the crew reported an issue with the flaps and went around.

The plane subsequently landed safely at a higher than normal speed. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

Virgin Atlantic Flight Makes Emergency Landing at JFK Airport

Virgin Atlantic flight VS-3 made an emergency landing at John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, on January 12th.

The Airbus A340-600 plane flying from Heathrow Airport, England, was descending toward New York when the crew reported an engine oil leak and declared an emergency.

The plane continued for a safe landing. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

EasyJet Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Zurich

EasyJet flight U2-7904 had to return and make an emergency landing in Zurich, Switzerland, on January 10th.

The Airbus A319-100 plane took off for Amsterdam, Netherlands, but had to turn back after the crew suspected a blown tire.

The plane landed back safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
