Ryanair Plane Diverts to East Midlands Airport After Losing Nose Wheel

Ryanair flight FR-7384 made an emergency landing at East Midlands Airport, England, on September 15th.

The Boeing 737-800 plane heading from London Stansted Airport, England, to Copenhagen, Denmark, was diverted after it dropped one of the nose wheels.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Air New Zealand Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Hydraulic Issue

Air New Zealand flight NZ-5106 had to return and make an emergency landing in Palmerston North, New Zealand, on September 14th.

The plane took off for Auckland, New Zealand, but had to return shortly afterwards due to a hydraulic issue.

The plane landed uneventfully. Everyone aboard remained safe.

Virgin Australia Flight Hits Turbulence Near Adelaide; Two Injured

Virgin Australia flight VA-233 encountered severe turbulence near Adelaide, Australia, on September 13th.

The Boeing 737-800 plane flying from Melbourne, Australia, was descending toward Adelaide when it was hit by turbulence that injured two flight attendants.

The plane landed safely. The injured flight attendants were taken to hospital.

Wizz Air Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Iceland

Wizz Air flight W6-1898 had to return and make an emergency landing in Keflavik, Iceland, on September 13th.

The Airbus A320-200 plane took off for Wroclaw, Poland, but had to turn back after an electronic cigarette of a passenger started emitting smoke.

The plane landed safely. All one hundred and forty-seven people aboard remained unharmed.
