Air France Plane Diverts to Glasgow Prestwick Airport

Air France flight AF-374 had to divert for an emergency landing at Glasgow Prestwick Airport, Scotland, on July 15th.

The Boeing 777-200 plane heading from Charles de Gaulle Airport, France, to Vancouver, Canada, was diverted after the crew noticed a burning odor on board.

The plane landed uneventfully. All two hundred and ninety-four passengers aboard remained safe.

Martinair Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Amsterdam

Martinair flight MP-8341 made an emergency landing in Amsterdam, Netherlands, on July 14th.

The Boeing 747-400 freighter plane took off for Johannesburg, South Africa, but had to return shortly afterwards due to an engine failure.

The plane landed back safely. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.

Pilot Killed After Small Plane Crashed in Winchester, New Hampshire

A small stunt plane crashed in Winchester, New Hampshire, on July 13th.

Authorities said the wreckage of the two-seater plane was found in a heavily wooded area near Warwick Road.

The pilot, who was the only one aboard, was killed in the crash. He was later identified as 65-year-old John Everson of Danielson, Connecticut.

The cause of crash is being investigated.

Aerolineas Argentinas Flight Makes Emergency Landing due to Engine Issue

Aerolineas Argentinas flight AR-1651 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Bahia Blanca, Argentina, on July 13th.

The Boeing 737-800 plane heading from Neuquen to Buenos Aires, Argentina, was diverted after the crew needed to shut down one of the engines.

The plane landed safely. All one hundred and fifty-three passengers and six crew members remained unharmed.
