Air New Zealand Plane Returns to New Zealand due to Pilot Feeling Unwell

Air New Zealand (ANZ) flight NZ-87 had to return and make an emergency landing at Auckland Airport, New Zealand, on July 5th.

The Boeing 777-200 flying to Hong Kong, China, was over the Tasman Sea when the pilot started feeling unwell.

The plane landed safely.

No one was injured.

MAP Linhas Aereas Plane makes Safe Landing in Brazil after Unusual Drag

MAP Linhas Aereas flight PAM-5952 made a safe landing at Val de Cans International Airport, Belem, Brazil, on July 4th.

The Avions de Transport Regional ATR-42-300 flying from Altamira, Brazil, was about to land when the crew observed an unusual drag.

The plane landed safely.

All 24 passengers and 4 crew members remained unhurt.

Luftfahrtgesellschaft Walter Plane makes Safe Landing in Germany after Tyre Deflation

Luftfahrtgesellschaft Walter (LGW) flight AB-8883 made a safe landing at Düsseldorf Airport, Germany, on July 3rd.

The de Havilland Dash 8-400 flying on behalf of Air Berlin from Florence, Italy, was mid-air when the crew got information about tyre debris found on the runway after departure.

The plane landed safely after entering a hold.

No one was injured.

Inspection revealed that one of the plane tyres was deflated.
