WestJet Flight Returns to Calgary due to Smoke On-Board

WestJet flight 662 had to return and make an emergency landing in Calgary, Alberta, Canada, on February 3rd.

The plane took off for Toronto, Ontario, Canada, but had to turn back after smoke was observed coming from the air conditioning system.

The plane landed safely. All 132 passengers aboard remained unharmed.

Delta Airlines Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Tampico, Mexico

Delta Airlines flight DL-363 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Tampico, Mexico, on February 2nd.

The Boeing 737-800 plane heading from Atlanta, Georgia, to Mexico City, Mexico, was diverted after the crew needed to shut down one of the engines.

The plane landed safely. All passengers and crew members remained unharmed.

Pilot Injured After Small Plane Crashed in Minnesota

A small plane crashed in Ellendale, Minnesota, on February 2nd.

Authorities said the plane flying from Duluth to Winona, Minnesota, went down near 72nd avenue and Beaver Lake.

The pilot, Daniel Johnathan Bass, 39, was injured and was taken to a hospital.

The incident is being investigated.
