Aer Lingus Flight Diverts to Boston due to Engine Issue

Aer LingusAer Lingus flight EI-110 had to divert and make an emergency landing in Boston, Massachusetts, on October 2nd.

The Boeing 757-200 plane was flying from John F. Kennedy International Airport, New York, to Shannon Airport, Ireland, when the crew reported a fault in the left hand engine and decided to divert.

The plane landed uneventfully. There were 115 people aboard at the time; all of them remained safe.

Jetblue Airways Flight Hits Severe Turbulence near Wilmington

The plane was heading from San Juan, Puerto Rico, to Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, Virginia, when turbulence injured several people onboard.

The plane continued for a safe landing.

Bird-Hit American Airlines Plane Safely Lands in Orlando

american airlinesAmerican Airlines flight AA-1786 made a safe landing following a bird strike in Orlando, Florida, on October 2nd.

The Airbus A321-200 plane flying from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, was on final approach when a bird hit it.

The plane continued for a safe landing. Everyone aboard remained unharmed.
