Southwest Airlines Plane Diverts to Milwaukee

Southwest Airlines flight WN-4187 had to make an emergency landing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, on May 30th.

The plane, heading from Grand Rapids, Michigan, to Denver, Colorado, was diverted after the crew reported an unusual odor in the cabin.

The plane landed safely. All 133 people aboard remained unhurt.

Mechanics found that a small loose hose was the source of odor.

Lufthansa Flight Returns to Frankfurt due to Engine Problem

Lufthansa flight LH-178 had to return and make an emergency landing in Frankfurt, Germany, on May 30th.

The Airbus A321-200 plane took off for Berlin, Germany, but had to return shortly afterwards after it developed an engine problem.

The plane landed uneventfully. All 198 passengers aboard remained unhurt.

Allegiant Airlines Plane Makes Emergency Landing at St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport

AllegiantAllegiant Airlines flight 871 had to make an emergency landing at St. Pete–Clearwater International Airport in Florida, on June 1st.

The plane was flying from Moline, Illinois, when the crew reported a mechanical problem and declared an emergency.

The plane landed safely. All 140 people aboard remained unharmed.

The airline said, “Our mechanics are doing a full investigation and inspection to diagnose and repair the issue.”
