A Cathay Pacific Airbus A330-300 in Hong Kong China with 262 aboard was scheduled to fly from Hong Kong to Nagoya. After all the passengers had boarded, the rear boarding bridge collapsed, ripping the door off the A330. Passengers were able to exit via the first class bridge.
